All stock rails, regulator, filter, and lines here. Twin walbro 340s in factory bucket. FIC1000 injectors. LS1 with cam and 16 psi. Power currently unknown.

How did you use the stock regulator with boost? I'm in the same boat looking for a fuel system solution for 800rwhp on e85.

I am running twin 10 pound methanol nozzles with hundred percent methanol and 93 octane pump gas. holds 58 psi pressure just like a factory car. the only thing I changed was putting the two fuel pumps in the factory bucket and the injectors

Got no way of knowing my fuel pressure but it holds 11.0 a/f when at wot and when my methanol comes in it goes to 10.2 and holds. I know on 8psi when I had it tuned the injectors were only 35% duty cycle at wot lol.

And yes I guess you would call it a return system. But it returns through the evap. My setup should be good to 800 rwhp on lines and all. Many ppl have done it I have researched in past when I was getting my stuff together.

Even though your afr holds your fuel pressure still drops per boost, but since you have FIC1000's and twin pumps you have plenty of room with IDC. That why a lot of people run a boost referenced FPR with the evap return style system.

Put a malory 4305M regulator before the rails, return through evap, we've done this on several setups. I've dyno proven over 800rwhp on stock rails on a few cars and one should've been in the 925-950rwhp range on stock rails, all with e85!

Skinnies, do you have pictures of this setup? I'm very curious. I was about to drop my money on a aeromotive fuel rail/FPR setup with -8 and -6 fuel lines but if you have this documented I would be very likely to try this setup on my 5.3 with a stage III Incon twin turbo kit!

skinnies, do you have a write up on how you built that fuel system, or how to set up the EVAP line as a return?

I believe this is how skinnies is running his cause I think I read up somewhere on here on how to run the regulator on stock lines, Im runnin twin walbros 255 on mine but havent finished the project, I set the fuel pressure @ 58 psi after the 5.3 swap and it starts right up.
