I couldnt make the truck alt fit. It looked like a smaller 12pt bolt head would provide clearance but I couldnt find one locally so I just put on a 105amp delco.

Have you verified the pulleys are straight and lined up. The stand off nuts could be too short ?

According to the install instructions the stand offs are the correct length for the 8rib setup

I would check the alignment with a straight edge or a laser tool before buying a new alternator and guessing the pulleys are ok. I had to shim my pulley because they were off slightly and the belt would want to move off the crank pulley.

I had the truck alternator too. Tried the smaller bolt but it still hit. Wound up getting a stock alternator.

Yeah, the truck alternator won't work with a procharger setup, at least not as designed by the factory. You could always fab a new bracket or do some fabrication and get it to work I guess.
