Twin 70's on 5.3 good or bad?

Twin 70's on 5.3 good or bad? Hey guys, I was looking at running these ON3 turbos from ebay and was wonder how they would work out in my car.

My car is a 82 Regal,
It has a 2002 5.3
Th400 Trans
tu1 cam
obx turbo headers
3500 stall
ford 9 inch with 3.50 gears
Pump Gas
bosch 044 pump
80lb injectors

How do you guys think it would perform?
How about spool time, will it be laggy?
Do you think it could hit a 9?
Any help will be great.
