Never updated this but the car is together and running. Fired her up in the parking lot at TX2K14. Trans problems plagued us from actually driving the car but hopefully that is solved here in the next few weeks. We have it idling at 1000rpm but will drop that to 800 or so once it's broken in and everything is going good.

Guess I'll update this again. Since TX2K the trans has been out of the car. Ended up eating a input shaft bearing. Looks like it might have been install error. Hopefully getting the trans back this week though. All of this downtime has got me thinking and I may end up going TH400 here in the future, but we'll see what happens. I've done some small stuff in the meantime. We did a wire tuck in the engine bay, installed a turbo blanket, and re-did a lot of the interior wiring. Once we get it back going I think I am gonna re do some of the coldside and downpipe because they are not fitting how I'd really like them to. It is a never ending process! Lol
A little before and after of the engine bay wire tuck
Engine shot after the turbo blanket install
And a little frontal action. Hahaha

Car finally saw daylight for the first time in 3 months. Transmission seems to be fixed and I am proud to say that I drove the car for the first time in nearly 2 years last night. Such a good feeling!

More progress has been made recently. Car is 95% ready to hit the road. Just have a few small things to look over first. Been messing with the interior lately. Here is a before/after. Not done yet but it is getting there...
Here is another pic from one of the few times the car has been out of the garage to seat the rings in the motor...
And a quick idle video from outside the car...
