The lift is just plain badass. I've been using it for a week now and I must say rolling around in a chair to do work is a whole lot better than on your back. Not to mention I've been able to knock a lot more work out much quicker. I've been dealing with a lot of suspension related stuff this week so being able to compress/express the suspension rapidly has been amazing. Thanks for the comment by the way.

I'm a sub contractor for residential housing for a living. I just finished building out house last December. I did everything myself trying to save a few dollars and we did just that. The way the land laid, it worked out perfect with 8' ceilings in basement but now I'm kicking myself for not just bringing the house up 2' more and getting the extra space. It's either use the equity we got in the house and build a 3 car detached garage with huge ceilings for a nice lift or just spend 2k on this.

How high are your ceilings? Is the lift hard to move around itself? Really so close to pulling the trigger. I'm a sub contractor for residential housing for a living. If you ever have it up on the lift and have a tape measure handy, I'd be interested in what the inside tire to tire measurement is. I like the way yours looks in back with the flares and wide tires. I've just got 255's on mine.

SO this car is absolutely badass and i have been wanting to build pretty much this exact engine setup in a 240z however, but sadly im on a tight budget and was wondering if you could tell me approximately how much everything costed you in the end

You ever take this to a track or play on an autocross track? I'm looking to sell my v12 BMW 850 and thought an lsx t56 turbo car would be so fun to build for a toy/track car. I've looked at fox's, 260z's, rx7, etc. Curious on your input on this since you do scca with the subi? Thanks

As unoriginal as it is, the C5 is still IMO the best bang for your buck sports car on the market. The amount of engineering you get for 10K is really hard to beat.

The inner wheel measurement will likely be the same on most of them. There is only so much offset available before you hit the strut tubes. I think I have 1/4" or so with this backspacing. The only way you are getting decent sized tires is with a hacksaw

Mine was tubbed a little when they put in the narrowed rear axle, but the coil overs may be in the same location as the struts on a stock rear. I've not seen a stock rear since this abomination represents my total Z experience.
