Me, yeah I made my yearly appearance haha. Went well hit my chassis cert and goals. Went 8.50/164 on 21lbs/16*… tried one pass on 26"dr, leaving easy and hooked NP for 8.7/165. On e50

I am a dummy and forgot to turn my IC on after the 8.50 and thought I lifted a head because I got paranoid and looked and had couple oz in my overflow, so I quit and headed home, but it was fine and recovered the coolant when it cooled. I want to sell these heads and didnt want to torch one

I had 10galloms of c16 with me, I had planned to go to kill and free spool the turbo haha

It was a 1.37 haha. Looks like 11second car leaving but still yields a decent 330

It really does look lazy off the line.. Crazy to see an 8:50 out of that.

Yup, easy on driveline. I wasnt getting after the launch, this was the first time I have raced since adding DA shocks in the rear. What a difference, I was astounded to be making passes and not spinning

Mine is a porky bitch with all the crap on it, was 3285 raceweight

How long u go to track?

Well...I ran the day on the slicks because usually my car is a nightmare to 60ft. But the shocks transformed it.

So at the end before the track shut I swapped really quick and made one pass on the DR. I took launch boost and alot of ramp out, I didn't think they would hold for crap

But quite the opposite, they hooked no problem they wanted way more. Very impressive tires, I wish I had used them from the beginning. So stable down track

IRS though I think you are still better off on a slick IMO, and tighten the rear compression as hard as you can

That's what i thought you would say. I've never ran on a slick and not really looking forward to the sway on the big end. I'm go to run stiff wall with no tubes

You know a cheaper option than the Mickey tubes? Didn't feel like dropping $75 on tubes.

You car leaves nice indeed. But as you said, a glide+solid rear axle will do that!

I bought my drag pack used from a crack head. How would I know if my slicks where "stiff" sidewall?

As long as you have bias plys on front you will be fine. My car feels completly stable on the top end on 26x10 slicsk with tubes. With raidals up front, it feels like I am going to die the entire pass.

Now if I can only get it to hook down low....lol
