Another exhaust housing question...

Another exhaust housing question... I have an MP t76 q-trim 1.00 a/r,
I've been searching for a .96 a/r to go to the 3" v-band housing-with no luck
I've found an MP .96 exhaust housing but it is 3mm smaller on the inside bore,otherwise everything else is the same as the 1.00(minus the size of the casting of coarse)
Can i just have it machined out the extra?
I've read the spec sheet,am i missing anything?
