I have one coming. It should be here next week. I have alot of datalogs of my PT88 t4 .96 and I will be able to compare track times, spool times and IAT's.
I found a few threads about this turbo but was hoping I would get someone to chime in with there experience with it and what turbo they had used prior.

Ive got it on Probably half a dozen customers cars. its good for roughly 75-100 hp more than the billet 80.... But it takes the right combination to see it... The Billet 80mm can max out the 96mm turbine pretty easily over 1200 rwhp and if the combination isnt absolutely perfect.... the extra 4mm of compressor inducer wont be utilized.... I'm Patiently waiting for the 100mm turbine to become a reality so the 84mm can really shine. I think 1375-1400 at the tire will be possible with the 84 once we have enough turbine wheel to supoort it.

I am not needing the total horsepower that the 84mm would be worth. My numbers are more geared to the 80mm spec. I was thinking after speaking with Jose that the 84mm would broaden the compressor map efficiency for my application over the 80mm billet but still spool like the 80mm cast. When do you anticipate the new exhaust wheel coming out?

I dont know... Unbeknownst to me Jose back burnered it because the rules for Ultra street put in a turbine limit.... just recently asked him about it again.. and made him start that project back up... I need a little something extra for the 400+ ci guys that wanna run the S400 chassis turbo's and still make big power.

No it is not a Borg warner part. It will be a Forced Inductions part.

Installing one on my setup right now, running the FI billet S484/96 with their 1.25 T4 housing on my 408, upgrading from an older Garret based 80/83. May have some back pressure issues but will make for a fun street turbo!
