ok so i broke my gt45 v band clamp (nut stripped and then broke off) had to cut the bolt in 2 to finish removing it

what size v band clamp is it?

being this project is finally nearing the driving/tune phase i want a clamp asap

anybody sourced one locally ?

If you are talking about an Ebay Gt45, they have an odd 3.25" downpipe flange and clamp. If you are in a pinch you might try to replace the bolt until you can get a new clamp.
