With enough boost I don't see why not. I wouldn't' skimp on the IC for a pump gas setup. That IC looks like it's for a honda. I'd bet your pressure drop across the core will be huge, no way it has the surface area to cool well either. Prob run better without it.
If you want to stay cheap I'd look into the 12x32x4" universal Ebay cooler. Think mine was $150. Would be better to drop the $500 on a treadstone unit or 500+ on a quality core IC.
Good luck!

Yeah only reason i went this small is because i have VERY limited space. In all honesty i would rather not run it because it would make cold side pipe routing MUCH easier. Do you think i could get away with just running meth? If i wouldve know the benefits of e85 i wouldve just did that instead. Would i need injectors larger than 80lbers for e85?

80s are good to about 800whp on E85 with a fair amount of base pressure. Unfortunately your walbro won't handle that much and wasnt made for E85. With a walbro 485 it'll probably handle 600whp on E85. If you were to go E85 I would drop the intercooler especially at 600whp. One of the good things about E85 is that it burns cool enough you won't need water. You can spray straight meth.

It is estimated that using E85 fuel you consume approximately 30-36% more fuel in comparison to Octane. You would take a bit of a hit on mpg but the performance benefits are there.
