I am still very new to ls engines. I have completed my first build which is 81 Fairmont Futura, stock 2002 lq4, 42k mi, 317's, ls6 intake, tick polluter cam with 150 shot of nitrous. I am contemplating going turbo. If I changed to custom cam, BW s480, gaskets and studs, intercooler what is the limit of psi I could safety run on stock internals? 15 psi? Should be close to 900 flywheel hp? Stock rods, OK??? My ring gap is probably close to stock because of low mi. I know that many have lived, but for how long? All advice is appreciated, I still have alot to learn.
