There is one running in the 4s in the eighth mile. That's enough for a mid-high 7 pass but he's running a 275 class that only runs out to the 660 mark.

Stock rods/pistons/crank in an aluminum block.

I can only think of two others that might've hit the 7 second Mark but I would have to double check. One of them might also be a eighth mile car.
