Anyone put some sort of wrap on fuel regulator or lines?

Ive been fighting a fuel pressure issue and have finally got it 100% figured out. The autometer electric gauge in my car after driving for a while starts to drop. Just went all the way down to 25 psi. But I got out looked at my gauge under the hood and it was good at 60psi. So wondering if anyone has done anything as far as wrapping or what to try to keep the regulator cooler? Im thinking maybe the best way is to relocate but figured id ask first.

Heres pic ... as you can see turbo is next to it and downpipe right under.

So the problem is either a faulty or crap sender ?

Wrapping isnt going to change anything.
