Default my 91 s10 4.8 turbo build

Ok here is some specs on it.

Motor
2006 4.8 100k miles
Ctsv can
Ls9 head gaskets
Edlebrock pro flo intake with fuel rails
90mm tb
95lb injectors
Ported high flow oil pump
ARP head studs
Dual springs and pushrods
Trunion rocker kit
H3 oil pan

Tranny
Th400
Trans brake
Precision industries converter

Rear end
Ford 9 inch probably 3.50 gears
Proabaly cal trace
Anti roll bar
Calvert shocks
Spool

Fuel system
20 gal tank in bed
Magna fuel 750
Aetomotive reg
-8 PTFE line

That's it for now and the important stuff atleast lol

how do you like that intake manifold on the 4.8? i have considered one cause it looks so badass but im worried its too big for a daily driver.
what turbo are you running? hows spoolup?

My fan guy is making everything for the turbo kit. And its not running yet. Its a 80mm Borg warner gone threw by apex turbo with a billet wheel and a 1.0 at t4 exhaust. And the intake looks good it should for in the truck with a stock hood which Is Nice.

great looking setup! is that a truck manifold on the driver side? I don't see a steering shaft in there either? im asking because im building a 93 with a 5.3. what material did you use for the manifold and the crossover? are you going to brace the turbo at all? great looking truck man!

Nice looking setup. What fans are u running? They look pretty thin, do you have the dimensions on the fans???

oh yeah, what mounts did you use and how did that h3 pan fit the crossmember? i just ordered my h3 pan last night, hoping it fits well

Very nice. Love the S10. My son has one with a small block. They make dandy race cars.
We have Cal tracs, work excellent.

Ya I used a truck Mani on the driver side and used a jeep starring shaft because its a little smaller. The Mani is all stainless schedule 40 its thick and yes the turbo will be brassed. The fans I'm using is flex a light duel 12' fans. The mounts I got off eBay I forgot which ones but they are adjustable and helped with the h3 pan clearing the k mber without notching it.

Ya I wanted to see flames lol. Its manly for the street also so I hope I don't get a lot of tickets hahaha.

i drive this thing a couple hundred miles per week and never have issues.
its even set up with a 2step/antilag so i get to blow 3' flames on cars in the other lane sometimes

i had a 4 inch dumper out my fender on my truck and no one around here seemed to care lol
