I'm sure we could come up with something. Thanks. Bob

I wouldn't think so due to all the testing ProCharger does. They have a Mustang chassis dyno that sees a lot of use. Thanks. Bob

In order to make the 8 rib work on 09-13, the water pump needs to change to an 08 or be modified. Bob

The tensioner/6rib isn't an issue on the alternator, it is the 4 rib driving it all. It slips on the jackshaft.

Best way to run a kit like this is to cog drive the jackshaft so it can't slip. AC belt is stock then, cog belt drives jackshaft, and 6 rib the PS/Alt. Then if you don't have ac you can remove that belt too. Plus no issue with slip or issues. I had way too many issues with the 4 rib belt slipping, causing the PS/Alternator to stop. With A/C on it was even worse.

Cogged direct drive setup

I wondered about the AC driving the acces.-I used a vette setup with an 8 rib conv. in a 69 chevelle, made a compact setup, no AC-I guess some kind of idler setup would be needed for AC delete

Yep! Would also allow for a better intake hat too. Fbodys don't have many options unless you start cutting.

My 99 camaro ysi is mounted up top using the vette setup. I don't think an intake hat would fit there. Maybe something custom, but there isn't alot of room there. IMO an electric pump is the best way to go with this setup. I don't have a/c or p/s, so the belts are super short. I still debate the p/s though. I guess I will figure that out once it is all finished.

I'm bring this back from the dead. Bob, has Procharger decided to market their Direct Drive separate from a kit and has anyone came up with a solution for those that do not have AC?

Yes the direct drive is offered as a part, here it is. http://shop.brutespeed.com/ATI-2GQSU...C6-LS3-LS7.htm I haven't heard of a solution for not having a/c. If/When I do, I'll post it here. Thanks. Bob
