Anyone know if there is any issue with running the two together?

I'm picking up a Hi-ram and it comes with rails so i'm hoping they fit!

I spoke to Howard @ Moran's and unfortunately he didn't know for sure but was very helpful in getting the dimensions of the injector to see if i can reference but thought i'd try and see if anyone has tried it.

If not does anyone have the dimensions of a stock type injector to reference?

They fit Edelbrock rails and I have had both edelbrock rails and holley rails. No difference between how my injectors fit between these two rails. By deductions - you should be good to go.

Just check clearance for connector, sometimes we have to relief that area a bit on some rails.

I'm ok if i have to clearance them it's just that they come with the Hi-Ram so i'd like to make use of them

Do not use the Moran injectors... Billet Atomizers or PTE's will be a better choice!

235# Morans & the Holley HiRise/rails work just fine. No clearancing needed on mine.
