Default Callies Compstar crank 1000whp procharged??

Long story short my car made 940/840 with the stock crank in a 370 and F1a. The stock crank didn't like that very much and killed number 2, 3 and 4 main bearings to prove its point. All stock stroke forged cranks are back ordered for lord knows how long so im going to buy a 4" stroke crank, swap pistons, make a 408 out of it and shoot for 1000. Will a Compstar hold up fine to this? The compstar seems the best out of the lower budget cranks like K1 ect but havnt seen big hp procharged builds with one. Or atleast in my search I couldn't find any that pulled up. Any input is welcomed. Thanks

There was a post about a year ago on fb where about 5 people came forward saying the same thing, so you know how many are out there

It was a turbo around 1k. Hasn't missed a beat now 2 years with dragonslayer

I'd trust stock over a compstar

I'm surprised someone hasn't bought a batch of stock stroke cranks and rat holed them. They are always hard to get hold of.

Pretty much anytime five people come together at the same time on the Internet with a problem it becomes taboo to ever use that product again. Doesn't matter if there are 30,000 other ones out there working fine. God only knows what all went into the problems. I wouldn't sweat it. Sure you can spend more for better but how many haven't failed?
