408ci LS2 + YSI + Nitrous C5 Z06 Build
Hello guys,
Just started a setup I built for friend's C5 Z06 hopefully we can get her on the dyno in the next couple of week and test her with some fast cars.
Before starting I'd like to thank the Texas Speed & Performance crew for all the help , Great customer service and Good prices. :thumbs:
And MR. BLOWNBLUEZO6 Bret for the great pricing for YSI Complete kit , A&A Fuel system , injectors and much more truly a great & honest guy to deal with.
Anyway let's get to it.

TSP 408ci LS2
9.5.1 Compression
Brute Speed blower cam
AFR 225 Heads slightly ported
Fast 102 Intake.
LS2 90 TB.
YSI Kit
8rib
Innovators west 8" crank pulley & 3.1 Upper for now.
DP Flip Drive.
Mighty Mouse Catch Can.
A&A Dual pumps Fuel System
83lbs injectors (Until we maxed it out then ID1300 )
AEM Meth kit.
AEM A/F Gauge.
Autometer Cobalt Boost/Fuel Press.
Nitrous Outlet 90 plate kit or maybe he'll switch to Direct Port with Edlebrock Vic.JR Intake.
100-150shot depends on how much boost will run.
RPM Level 5 Transmission M12 ratio
Stock rearend.
Mcloed RXT Clutch & Steel flywheel.
Nitto 555R 315/40/18 on stock wheels until he change to Weld wheels.
C6 Z06 Suspension.
We're hoping for 800-850rwhp on pump & Meth 15-17lbs
900-950rwhp on 18-20lbs Race fuel & Meth
1000+rwhp 1000+rwtq on 100shot
Does those numbers seem logical for the setup??

your combo looks badass how much boost are you running to make 1000rwhp through auto ?
Thanks man.
Parked at the garage just needs spark plugs , injectors and tune I just got extremely busy this last year with family stuff and between jobs but I'm now ready to clean the dust and crank the boost on the PT88.

Just dynoed the car we're happy with the 1st numbers
93octane single Meth nozzle
Tomorrow we'll add another nozzle and remove the filter to see how much boost it will gain
What do you guys think? I thought we're going to see 14-16lbs with this pulley combo.
ONLY 10lbs with no sign of belt slip at all
Ignore the dyno wideband the car had 11.3 to 11.6 A/F

Making 18psi just before the 6900-7000rpm mid range showing 15-16psi
Any comments/Help are welcome for me I think it should make mid to high 800 on that boost level on pump and meth with more timing then 2.85 pulley on C16&Meth it should be over 950rwhp

Brett knows his stuff for sure. Funny because I had the exact same happen to me on first dyno. I'm surprised it's not making more actually but every dyno is different and it's just a number. Nice job !!!

Like I said every dyno different. I have a similar combo and with a 3.0 pulley make 19.5 lbs boost at 7000 rpm. 94 pump gas and meth, 15 degrees timing and 1008 rwhp through an auto. There's a reference although it also depends on the dyno and conditions.
