I feel like such a noob here. lol I read the wiring instructions. Maybe I just missed it. Does anyone know what you plug into the inputs/outputs plug on the holley ls1 main harness? There was no plug for it and I got an accessory harness. That plugs into the dominator though.

Do you have the I/O harness? It should have a plug and loose wires.
The Holley site shows the various harnesses.
My Dom has it. However, I cut it off, hard wired it to remove the bulky connectors.

I printed the install manual, w/ the wiring diagrams I needed. I put them in a binder w/ blank pages for notes..Works for me.
The manual shows the color codes, and such.

Holley sells another harness that plugs into that, but has a mile of wiring on it-expensive also, some guys just tie into the wires for what they need
You can buy just the plug, and pins, wire up whatever you want-I used to have the site that sold the plug, not sure if I do now

558-400 Is the correct harness

Input/output connector for main harness. You can use the pin map and add anything you need like fan relay triggers.
