2000 Z28 6.0 LY6 7875 Turbo Build

So.... how do you guys stop your selfs from constantly upgrading. What I mean is, I just can't seem to stop my self from changing stuff and upgrading stuff that isn't broke. My car is always "down" because I decide to change this or that and it's never ending but I can't seem to stop lol. The car runs like a raped ape but I keep changing stuff because I keep learning more and more of what it likes and what it needs. Right now I'm ready to rebuild my turbo kit for a t6 and run a billet 88 borg but I don't know why. The car is plenty fast now and I should just enjoy driving it. Anyways I guess I'm just wondering if it's just me or does everyone struggle with this.

Well I can say it is not just you. I bought a 2012 camaro ss in Oct of 2012 and voided the warranty the first weekend. Over the last few years since purchase I have actually driven my new car less then 10000 miles because of constant upgrades and changes. My car spends more time under the knife then it does on the street. I can say my first engine swap was actual failure of parts but everything else either failed due to me putting to much power through it or was actually working fine but I was sure if I did this or that it would make the engine more powerful or the car hook better. I have shelves of last iterations parts in the garage. My wife, my friends and my family are sure im crazy but I think in just a hot rodder with a newer car lol.
