Default Anything to gain if I upgrade s480 & run same psi?

As title states I'm curious if I were to upgrade my s480 to some billet wheel and reduce my A/R to 1.10 will I gain hp if running same psi? Really hate to spend the money just to have it spool faster. Turbo is on a 408 stroker.

We don't know what "your s480" consists of? How about some wheel sizes and housing sizes? t4/t6? Who's billet wheel turbo are you planning on going with?

IMO a t4 1.10AR turbo doesn't belong on a 408, ever.

Standard s480 with race cover t6 flange 1.32 AR. 96mm

Nothing special about it.

No clue on what I'm going with just wondering if it would be worth it.

Lots to gain with the new billet wheels they have more blade length and move more air. Couple that with the t6 1.10 housings quicker spool and it will be a big change. If your not pushing your current turbo past it's limits I don't see the billet wheel spooling any faster than the cast. If you just want faster response, I'd order the 1.10 T6 and install it on what you have. Then go from there if you max out you're current compressor.
