Still am

I was a beta tester for V2 and 2.5 way back in the day. Had the title for highest HP and trap speed for a DSMlink car from last 2005 until 2008 Not several over 1000whp on it.

I have a very similar setup to your current one and man. ..that thing moves! ! I couldn't help but notice on the cam card you posted that it was a tick ls2 turbo grind designed by Martin Smallwood, am I reading that right? If so, I may need to reconsider my cam selection lol!

If it's still the same cam that's in the picture of the cam card he posted then yes it is.

Yes that was the cam that was in the engine. Didnt know where it came from, came in a previous engine I had bought haha

I love the comments at the bottom, trying to discredit what you've done and making it seem like anyone can run an 8.2 in the qtr with a sbe. What a bunch of d-bags. Great job man keep killing it with that little 4.8 and hurt some feelings.

This makes me want to build one of these. I was planning on building a nasty 6.0 nitrous car but it's hard to discredit a stock bottom end 4.8 making that kind of power and running this fast. The cars suspension must be pretty well dialed in.

I may have over read it but what are you running for lifters?

this thing is rowdy I love it!. did the diaper catch all the oil before it left the track?

it caught it until I got to the pits and stopped. it came out the split in the diaper where it pinched against the ground and cut on the front corner of the pan
