That k member has been beefed up a couple times. The main tube has a good bend in it now

Think i got all the parts on order. Going to do some upgrades since the cars apart. Going to a short toque arm to help the wheelies. Changing the lower control arms to rod ends vs bushings. Getting the shocks revalved. Its all about getting the 60ft down now and not do wheelies

Well I was jacking up the car to start taking it apart and found out that my front end limiters were not hooked up. Mistake on my part for not checking before the day. Might not of did as big as wheelie if the were on but nothing to lose sleep over

Well its finally time to cut out my 10 point cage installed by A&W Performance. I was never happy with how tight the cage fitted to the roof the halo being low and it was even worse the first time I got the car back from him. It ended up not passing certification because it was not installed the way he said it was. Now it's time to start from scratch and do mini tubes and a cage upgrade

It must be catchy this winter. I just cut my whole cage out too to upgrade to a 25.3.

Can't wait to see the new numbers next year. This car and build has always been a good read. Are you going Moly with the new cage or mild steel?

They are making some good progress on it looking good. Taking some unnecessary brackets out for some weight savings would like to get to to 3500lbs race weight.

Default 25.3 cage upgrade

Stopped by the fab shop to see how they are making out. Got a few more bars in looking very good. I like how the funny car cage is tucked up with the t tops with giving access to the handle to take the tops on and off.
