You don't see many of them because it's impossible to fit the thing under the cowl and hood, plus I'm pretty sure it's a pain in the ass fabricating everything in order to make it work. |
The 2.9 should fit . If not there is always a 2in cowl hood . Main hurdle with my set up is moving the alt over to clear the throttle body and bypass valve |

Not sure if anyone said this before but Whipple does not make a 2.9 on the 4th gen Camaro belt line. The first pictures you posted looked like they were on the 4th gen line. So you are either stuck with the 5th gen/truck or Corvette belt line. |
