402ci lq9 pistons and rods Okay. i have a 402ci lq9 engine with twin s366 turbos. running 25# boost. had a bit of a bang, torched a head and will need new pistons and rods. old setup was lunati 6.125 H beam rods and CP Bullet 4.005 flat top pistons.
new setup will be the same crank, with lsa heads and i want to drop the compression from where it was with the flat tops to somewhere around 9.0:1
will be needing a dished 4.010 or 4.015 2618 alloy piston.
also will be needing either 2x lunati H beam rods or a whole set of another manufacturer was thinking calles I beam or manley.
What would you do??
