hello im building a 5.3 l33 with 317 heads turbo for a chevy luv

i got this turbo on a deal

76mm Wheel Compressor
- P Trim .81 A/R Turbine
- 102.4mm/76.7mm Compressor Wheel
- 74.1mm/64.6mm Turbine Wheel
- 3" V-band Hot Side

it didnt work on a 6.0 224/232 cam above 14 psi it was only hot air no more power.
the small trbine choke is the reason. So, in a 5.3 should I go with a triple 12 or a 216/220 114?
My goal is to max out pump gas/meth maibe around 18 or 20 psi so I think the smallest cam would be my bet or the change in duration is minimal and I should go with either. I have not bought cams.

Jarretts cams have some kind of voodoo in them, but you can't just order them from Summit and have them shipped same day lol.

I've used both. Either is a good small cam. Btw, you could have just said On3 76mm turbo. Those are the specs for it, so I assume that's it.
