Default Tc78 347 fuel system changes

I have an 02 ws6 that I just picked up an intercooled truck manifold kit and turbonetics tc78 for. I live at 5000' and I'm only looking to put down 5-600 hp. What does everyone suggest fuel system wise for 91 octane? What about e85 conversion since I'm going to have to change everything anyway? Fire away!

Walbro 450 pump, stock lines, 80lb siemens deka injectors. If you go with these injectors, you'll need to use a spacer on the factory fuel rails as these injectors are taller than stock.

You need to run ptfe lines, injectors and pumps must also be rated to handle e85. Your consumption will increase about 30% so plan accordingly. You'll wind up wanting more power down the road like most of us so do it right the first time. Do a twin 450 walboro intank setup, -10 feed, -8 return, boost ref. Regulator, good wiring kid with a Hobbs switch, nasty performance, Lonnie's, or racetronix will all have what you need.

I was going to type the exact same thing as Photochop for pump gas. Stock fuel lines are supposedly capable of supporting 700 flywheel HP.

My goal is 600 RWHP (for now) through the 4L80E with the ability to make more later. I'm using the stock feed line, Holley Fuel rail kit, DEKA 80lb injectors, Turbosmart adjustable/boost referenced FPR, -6 AN return line, and a single Walbro 450 with upgraded Racetronix wiring. The only thing that I don't have that will get added (when funds allow) is Meth injection. If/when the car gets turned up I'll go -8AN feed and twin in-tank pumps.

I don't have E-85 anywhere near me so it's never been a concern.

E85 walbro 450, 80s, stock fuel feed lines and rails, boost referenced fpr, and a -6 return should be good to 600ish rwhp on e85 if everything I've read is correct? If I go beyond that it will be gutting it and making a full time track car out of it. Something tells me I'm already in line to tear up a lot of **** in the first six months at 600hp on the street.

If your car was not flex fuel compatible than you need to change the lines for e85 and you need to verify the injectors are rated for it, I'd be surprised if a single 450 will support 600+ on e85

Plan way ahead with your system as you will most definitely increase HP down the road, I've rebuilt mine 3 times because I didn't do it right the first time.

If it goes beyond this it will get turned into a track car and all this will go out the window anyway. So a minimal system will suffice. It's really just a project car and my interests change every few years. I just got rid of a 225" dragster that started with a gas carbed 468 running 8.50s and progressed through to a blown alky 555 running 6.80s in the course of three years. I do this for fun and can never leave well enough alone. Once I finish this build I'll drive it 6 months or so and start a new build either selling this car or using it as the start of something else. You can bet that whatever it becomes next, whatever it has now will not be suitable for what it needs, and what it may need in the future is not suitable for what I'm doing with it now.

Thanks guys, I got with racetronix via email today, getting everything I need. Wound up with their dual 340 in tank setup and their upgraded rail regulator and line kit.
