[VR] 1,035rwhp No Expense Spared Build - RHS/A&A/RPM/DSS/B&B and more! 1,000rwhp street cars are becoming a common place in our shop recently, but this build was very special as it includes the best parts that we have to offer to build an extremely powerful and very reliable combination for both street and strip duty. This C6 Z06 started as a bone stock car that the customer had a full Caravaggio interior installed in, as well as ZR1 carbon fiber aero accents, ZR1 wheels, and several carbon fiber accents under the hood. However, it was time to bring the performance of the car up to par with the aesthetics, so this customer reached out to us to start his plan of attack. We discussed several options with a base A&A supercharger and Vengeance Racing valvetrain package as the start of a slippery slope into what eventually became a full on 1,000+rwhp build with a supporting drivetrain.
Surgery began a few months after deciding on a final package that would over double the horsepower output from the Z06, and still allow the customer to take a several hundred mile weekend cruise without issue. The first piece of the puzzle was the engine and supercharger package which in full consisted of several parts.

To support this powerplant, our friends at RPM Transmissions and the Driveshaft Shop were called on to build a combination fitting for a smooth driving 1,000+rwhp street machine!
DRIVETAIN
The outcome was a beautiful engine bay to show off the inner workings of this Z06's power. Final power output after a complete EFI Live tuning session on the OEM PCM came to a very strong 1,035rwhp / 823rwtq on E85, and just over 900rwhp on pump 93 octane gas.
