ATI harmonic install, F1, with 8.65 pulley.
I am installing my ATI balancer, using the old bolt, I came to a point, were it is really hard to crank on it, however, the alignment is off, on the blower pulley, and the AC pulley, it looks like it needs to go in 200 thousands or so. Its off...
I am afraid to really crank on it. Any suggestions? I cant really tell if the main belt is off, because of the distance relative to the other pulley's, but I am sure it is. Anybody else running the ATI harmonic, and were the AC and blower belts off. Do I need to shim the blower plate out? Just wondering if others had problems like this. Or should I just crank on the bolt.. Usually in the past, Harmonics, went in smoothly.

Get your hands on a real installer tool. I always feared stripping the crank threads. Not sure if the ATI balancer requires a special pusher but ask to borrow one locally. I purchased the ATI pusher/puller but I'm very far from you.
If all else fails, YouTube has videos that show you how to make your own pusher.
