    Looks like a nice build.

Can I recommend a treadstone intercooler over a eBay one?

I'll look into those! Haven't decided 100% on that part yet.

Should easily make that. My 408 made 660 at 12psi and the motor wasn't even broke in yet. Needs to be retuned yet so might make more after.

Btww where you get the intake for the blower?. I'd love something like that but don't know how close it would be to the rad.

I don't know where it came from it was on the head unit when I bought it. I won't be running that on the street, don't want to be sucking dust into a brand new engine. Maybe use it at the track tho, depends how restrictive my filter I come up with is

This is almost exactly how I've been thinking about doing my car if I don't go turbo. 416 ls3, f1a and the same 4l80e from Jake's. Very interested to see how it turns out!

Sounds like it's going to be stout. Is this build going to be more or less expensive than the one you had previously planned on doing?

Very similar to my setup, except I'm a 6 speed, and have a different top end package.

I was wanting to go back with Thompson motorsports. But Sierbert performance is local to me here in Kansas So I can have it built there with arp studs for the same price since I wont have to pay $300 shipping. So that's the route im going. Haven't placed the order on the shortblock yet, I need to get my 243 heads off my current 6.0 and find out what chamber size they are. I THINK they are 64/65cc.

Give us a call, I hate to see you leave us over a few hundred dollars Josh4ku. Ask for me so we can discuss your new build. I would love the opportunity to work with you again.
    Thank you,

I can't recommend Kyle enough. He was tremendous with helping me get back on the road when my previous forged stocker decided to **** a rod out the side of the block just cruising down the highway.

I talked to Kyle for an extensive amount of time, going back and forth on what I was looking to get out of my new setup, and he helped put together a perfect shortblock for me.

I think it depends on the rest of the Procharger stuff . Looking to buy fmic kit, and aster bracket used. I haven't put a pencil to it yet but I'm betting it will be cheaper. And make a lot more power. Im not going with a very big cam. Going for a more sleeper ride . As far as you can go with that supercharger making some noise up front I guess 👌

My car is sort of a sleeper... well, as much as it can be spinning a F1A. My car idles at 650rpm, out through a 3.5" stainless works catback, and is quite tame thanks to the cam the cam that Kyle and I specc'd together. It's the same size cam that you'd typically see on a 370, but with the extra cubes, it's quite nice.

FYI, you're probably not going to find a used Aster bracket setup. The only time people sell them is if they are moving away from their current setup and either going turbo or direct mount.

Honestly, it's money well spent, even at full price. When you look at the benefit of going to a better water pump, plus the 8-rib, spring loaded tensioner vs the stock j-bracket, it's really not much of a price increase.

As far as intercooler, I'm making nearly 900 at the wheel through a ebay 4" thick intercooler, so it's not bad at all.
