Meth kit?
Meth kit? What meth kit is everyone using for turbo cars on here? I'm going for my tune on the 30th, mods in sig. No clue what to expect. As is probably around 650? If I add meth, I would most likely pick up some power as well as a safety net am I correct?

I went with snow performance kit. and yes the meth gives you a safety margin and I reccomend it to anyone wanting to see how much power they can safely make. seems like some people use it slightly different. I can set mine to cone on a certain psi of boost and then tune with it on so that way your afrs are right where you want them. other people tune their cars and then just add meth as their safety. I don't like this way but I've seen people get away with it. if your tuner has any experience with injection kits I'm sure he'll explain all this to you. atleast I hope. just my 02. I have used Alky Contol for every car that got a meth kit. Julio has a fantastic track record as far as customer service goes.
Whats also nice about alky control is that you can either boost reference or maf reference. Whats nice about a maf reference is that you can tweak the controller so you have the optimal amount of meth spraying no matter the airflow.
When you are bost referenced, your meth will start to lean out up top since say 10lbs of boost at 4500rpm is less air than 10lbs of boost at 7500 rpm.
