I did some playing around today and my 1st attempt I tried using a stock 3" idler but I had to move the procharger idler to high and the SCDE tensioner would hit the bolt head. Attempt 2 I used a procharger idler/tensioner pulley since it's 2.5" and got it to barely fit. Made 3 runs hitting 16 psi and no sign of belt slip yet.

Very cool. I wish I had the tools to machine my own stuff at the house. When I start putting everything back together I will be asking some more questions for sure.
