Proof that Rear Mount turbos don't work! Just kidding suckers. lol Pre spool at 3000rpm and launching at only 3200 RPM |
badass |
Soooooo..... details on setup, and what did it run? |
That is.. a bad ass truck!! |
Ive been reconsidering the bed mount for my truck too. I'm only 370" though so your bigger cubes are helping it spool faster than mine will I am sure. Still, gives me hope that I can do it this way if I have to. Nice truck BTW. |
gettin down for sure! Slow the front extension down. If you cant do that, pull a bunch of front travel out. Id like to hear about the combo as well. |
That's awesome. I'm with the others. What did it run? |
I believe the truck went 5.26 at 135 to the 1/8th. |
|
427 LS3, 88mm turbo, glide, gear vendors overdrive, 3600#, power steering, ac, 9" with locker. 1.29 60ft 5.26@135 Only got 2 full passes on it. |
Soon to be my daily driver now that I got some bugs worked out of it. |
Killer !! |
I was coming in here to call bs, that's a hell of a truck for sure !! I can't wait to start fabricating a twin setup for my car this winter. If I can keep ac and get 4 digit power from a max effort 408 and twins , regardless of where they're mounted , It'll make my whole year. Guaranteed it's either gonna be remote or mid mount , as I see no way possible too do it up front. |
That's wicked... what a launch! For a straight line car I wouldn't have any issue with a rear mount. |
What all do you have done for front and rear suspension? |
Very nice. |
