Default Few questions on my first LS build. 5.3 LM7, S480, 4-link, TH400, Honda S2000

So im going to try and keep this short... I am swapping in an LS based platform into my 2001 Honda S2000 and everything is starting to get some traction and take shape. I have a few questions and if anyone has some comments please chime in.

Quick rundown of the car... Fully Tubbed Rear, Strange component based 4-link 9" (have not built the 3rd member yet), ATI Pro TH400 w/Trans Brake, 28x10.5W out back, 10 Point 8.50 Cage, Custom 20 gallon rear mounted cell, and currently working on the chute mount and finishing up the brake lines. Car will be a street/drag car looking for 1000whp level power and low 8 second strip passes.

Up front I purchased a 99-03 LM7 off craigslist with a receipt from our local Connecticut junkyard for $350. (He got it for $800 with 66k miles). When I got it I broke it down to do refresh it all so right now I have the following done.

-Decarboned and Cleaned Pistons/Rods
-Cleaned the block deck
-New Mahle Rings gapped to proper boost gaps
-Dingle Ball Honed all the cylinders
-New Mahle Rod Bearings
-Left the Crank installed to not disrupt the mains
-LJMS Stage 2 Turbo Cam
-Existing Cam Bearings
-LS9 Head Gaskets
-ARP 12 Point Head Studs
-Decked and Glassbead Cleaned 862 Heads
-Lapped the valves myself

Just getting ready to assemble the motor but I had a few questions before I sealed it up.

-What springs/retainer combo should I get? Steel/Titanium Retianer?
-I know I need upgraded pushrods but can I get standard length 7.400" ones or do I have to measure? (not sure how I do this)
-At what point is the Comp Trunion upgrade necessary/should I do it?
-Are my lifters ok for my 1000whp goal?
-What brand/link for high impediance injectors do you LS Turbo guys like to run? Im looking for something close to 200lb as cheap as possible
-Holley Hi-Ram 105mm or FAST LSX-RT 102mm for intake?
-Cast cheap S480 or spend over double the price and get the V2 Race Billet S480?
-Im going remote water pump. What remote unit should I do and whats the GPM necessary? (Meizere single in/single out 55gpm?)

Any comments or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks all

well i can help with a few things the btr springs and retainers are great your gonna have to measure for pushrod length as your heads have been decked and for 1000whp your gonna need a billet s480 oh yea and your gonna need rods and pistons too cause gen 3 motors tend to start bending rods around the 700whp range

Ok thanks man. Im not dead set on that 1000whp level but that's ultimately the power I am looking to make with the 5.3. Would it be worth it to upgrade the rods and leave the stock pistons? Im looking to do this as cheap as possible... well the block I mean.

Point being is if I can stick to 800whp range on stock everything versus spending $4000 and being limited to 1000whp or 1100whp I would rather just keep it cheap and at 800hp. Catch my drift? lol Ill spend the money on something if its worth the investment.

S480 at the 800+ level can make your rods look like mine shown below after beating on it for awhile. Those are bent gen 4 rods and the ones in your engine are even weaker. So if you have the funds for rods and pistons might as well do it while its apart so you can turn up the boost if you want to later on. You don't need to spend $4k, more like $1500
