Copper Head gaskets and O'ringed block users. Post opinions please! At what power level and boost do you guys use copper gaskets and orings. I keep hearing mixed feelings and reviews. Id like to hear from some people with first hand experience please. Curious if it works well for yall. I have used oringed blocks on 4 cylinder builds in the past. I liked them. It rid of the coolant pushing. I have an oem block and oem headed 5.3 ls engine. I trapped 160 and went mid 8's last season at 3,400lbs. I plan to cut a little weight, get a better convertor, and turn up the boost. I had a headgasket issue once last year and I want to rid that of happening this summer. Thanks guys. |
