Default My Turbo Build & Experience with Huron Speed *first start up inside*

I haven't been on here much, and haven't had enough time to build my current build. After my H/C/I I just still wasn't satisfied and desperately wanted more power. I thought about going with nitrous but decided to do a turbo build.

As of right now the car has been swapped to a rmvb 4l80e with a brake, ford 9" with spool, full bmr trak pak with front, and rear strange suspension. Dual walbro 450's, 116# injectors running e85. This is a sbe max effort 6.0 build with gapped rings, btr turbo cam, etc.

I just want to take a second and thank Huron speed, one for having an amazing kit but most importantly there amazing custom service. Jon is an absolute stand up guy, super quick responses and always willing to help. I have there Huron Speed v2 T6 kit, hot and cold with an borg warner s484. Actually had a slight problem, they sent one wrong coupling for intercooler piping but within under a business day I had a response and correct part on the way with tracking! I cannot say enough good things about this shop!

The build is already almost complete but I have a bunch of small things to do. I will start updating this as much as I can with hopefully a start up in the next few weeks and dyno vid by next month.

So 2 days ago I decided to start her up n/a to make sure everything worked properly. Re-doing everything I was worried about quite a few things, and first time tampering with fuel, hot wire, etc. Running dual pumps really had me concerned. After playing with everything I was able to get her running within 2 hours, small problems of course which I expected. None the less she fired right up almost instantly and spiked right to 60psi of oil which couldn't of made me any happier. She also idled damn well for having 100+ lbs injectors, and e85 with no tune. Next week I will start her up again but complete! Cannot wait!!!!
