Can someone explain to me how this intake would gain power over the el cheapo sheet metal style intakes on ebay? 400 vs. 3k is quite a difference. I am sure it's am piece of artwork, but under what scenario would you NEED this vs. something significantly cheaper?

same thing I'm saying^^. I don't see the horsepower per dollar spent to make it worth it. Yea it looks good and all but still. For 3k u could have a decent turbo kit fabbed together

Great looking piece. For years the community been wanting intakes that fit under a stock fbody cowl! But no catherdial port love! Which 98 percent still have cathedral port heads on fbodys Or they go with removing the cowl when the get more serious then mingateing the use of a low pro intake.

Okay, that's bad ***! Although those runners look crazy short. Can't wait to see some dyno numbers.

and push 30lbs of boost on a 80mm turbo in a Chinese manifold and see what happens to it. I wouldn't stand near it at all. they flex on NA motors

What rpm range? The short holly ram was a flop rpm wise. What makes this different? The huge plenum ?

Looks nice and appears to have a nice size plenum... but unless you are tuning for a 7-9rpm window I don't see this intake helping...
what are the length of the runners 4"?

be nice if it had adjustable runners with bellmouth entries to fine tune the engine setup at the track with

I think anyone buying a $3k+ intake manifold is revving well over 7000RPM. We rev engines that cost less then this manifold alone higher then 7000!

Made to match the heads with huge flow numbers all the way thru cam lift! lets see a long runner, looks Killer with the Raw CNC markings on the surface! I'm guessing since the runners are removeable and longer ones with varying ID volumes and lengths for torque when needed on the High RPM NA motors...

Very cool looking, and the price point is impressive. I'll wait on a cathedral port version, and see how it behaves sub 5000rpm.
