I'm stabbing the motor/trans with the Holley mounts/crossmember as we speak, lol. I had standard 1" setback plates in it before and didn't like how the engine was right against the firewall. I will mock up the turbo stuff in the next day or two and post up some pics.

I got slider motor mounts, my buddy wants me to set the motor back an inch, we'll see how it goes.

see now the turbo passenger manifold on jegs/summit for 299 only. that's got to be the cheapest hot side yet.

why would you only want one of the three pieces? unless you already have same type hooker headers installed 8510HKR is the PN for the set and is still running a good $450 and then the crossover is another $200

Im just saying there are guys out ther charging 500 just for one side. This is cheaper. You don't necessarily need the driver side. A custom cross over can be done for those on a budget just cutting the driver side and making a merge back to passenger. I agree though 699 all in is fantastic for a hotside.

I mocked up the kit on my '67 Camaro today. Everything fits nicely.

Driver Side Manifold. Plenty of clearance due to rack and pinion.

3" V-band outlet to turbo.

Crossover tube and TH400

Do you think that DS manifold would fit with the orig steering box?
I am guessing you have the Holley mounts, looking at those for my 74, same front sub frame. I was going to try a truck manifold on the DS, cut the flange for more clearance.

Todd from Holley said it will not fit. You can run a stock manifold or one of their shorty headers instead.

Gonna have to run a single wide band after the turbo. Really no room for anything else.

yes most people just run open loop speed density tunes.

i am currently copying a couple other guys here and adding back my primary narrowbands to run in closed loop at idle.

narrowbands do not have a pump cell, so they could go before the turbo but i think the heat would affect them so i'm putting them after my turbo.

I can def tell you with the Holley mounts you would need to make a manifold for the DS with the stock steering box, lol-I cut out the side of a stock manifold trying to get it to fit, blew $180 bucks on another manifold I thought I could make fit, it didn't work. Kind of wish I had just reversed 2 truck manifolds and made my own system, lol

What are you guys using for wastegate and turbo connections off the log manifold. Or do you have to make your own

You'd have to make your own off of the output, pre-turbo. This doesn't look like the traditional Pass-Through style log..which you would typically want the gate in the crossover.

$450 for his kit to make a 90 & wg setup^^^^^

I’ve found on a 1st gen fbody / 3rd gen nova, a 4th gen 98-02 fbody mani is the only one to fit with the stock steering box. It is very close but does fit. The further back the engine is, the more clearance you will have. I’m using the holly swap kit also.

I was about to buy this pass log only until a few people pointed out the lower radiator hose issue and where the turbo sits on face book. $299 with issues or for $500 + or - buy a log that has no issues and places the turbo higher and outward. I’m still debating what to do.
