Dirty as heck put you can see it coming together. Got the carbon quarter window set in drivers side and it fits darnn good. Waiting on windshield right now. It was suppose to be in 2 weeks ago but COVID is slowing stuff down.

Front end getting mounted. Door weather stripping has been a challenge. Doors were fitted with old weather stripping. Looks like the new stuff will need to be trimmed a bit for the door to fit right. Would even worry about it but is a street car too.
Changed the tubs to flat black.
Wing is the same flat black as all the trim.

Got the doors fitted with the weather stripping. Look and fit better than some stock Foxboro doors.
Put clear taillights in DONT like them. Have some smoked ones on their way.
Headlights installed and look good.
Carbon hatch gaps look real good. Had to do a fair amount of work to both side to get a straight gap. .

Idk, the clear lights do look kind of good. I'm sure the smoked ones will look badass, tho.

Got a bit more done.
Had to re-trim the dash to fit with the window in. Had to do some sanding and a bit of cutting but nothing too crazy. Looks and fits near perfect now..
Got the rear firewall tin put back in. It is like a puzzle and hard to slid in without scratching stuff up. Luckily i was the one who took it out for paint so O knew how to piece it back in.

I have a NEW project from another lstech member on here. I changed jobs, moved into a new house and the mustang just stalled out. This COVID crap made it impossible to finish. Anyways I traded it for a running driving car that I have been eyeing for a while.
Its aN all steel 37 coupe with a TWIN TURBO lsx 427 with MAST heads and a reid cased 1.80 glide. Big tire tube chassis street/strip car

Sad to see the mustang go, but that's a badass ride.

Me too. I built it the way I wanted and had a TON of $$$ and time in it i always wanted an old coupe and this one is 90% done. Mostly odds and ends. It needs little things done, needs a street tune and race tune, roll up windows, and and the chassis set up. I got a buddy who does ALOT of street racing and has been around the shitty tracks here for years. I already have an appointment for the windows in the fall so next year will be a good year
