Default Dual AEM 380LPH and E85. How far have people pushed them?

With the intentions of the car decided to go away from the big 4701 for something more street friendly so went with the Dual AEM 380LPH one for putting around and kick the 2nd one on when it's time to get into boost.

Going to be using a lot of the existing fuel system (lines) because they're there set up is going to be

10AN from Cell
10AN Y to Each pump
8AN off each pump
Y Back to a 10AN
10 to 8 AN Y for the rails
8 to rails
10 return

Just seeing how far people are pushing these pumps in single and dual configuration with E85. Sure all mine lines are extremely over kill for the 750-850 rwhp goal but like I said the line is there so were gonna use it.

What fittings are you using to connect them? I'm about to add a 2nd pump to my setup. The flow rates on these are very impressive, especially at higher pressures. 1000whp on E85 shouldn't be an issue.

Not sure what you mean by fittings?

Gonna be a 10 AN from the cell (could go 12 I have that sitting here too) to a filter then going to use the typical Y block and typical AN fittings

The cheapo Ebay dual 044 set ups have like this fuel manifold type deal but couldn't find one by itself lol

That little block would be the ticket but I'm sure that thing would leak like hell and likely isn't the best material I bought a dual 044 bracket off Ebay

You can buy the Y fitting separate for $25. It solves the outlet since its -8AN, but not the inlets which are -10AN.

I bought that setup just to get the dual bracket and Y. Quite surprised by the quality of everything and it is not leaking. I am not using the tank and fittings if anyone is looking for a cheap surge tank.

Only "issue" is you have to be careful tightening up the Y to the 8AN pump outlet fittings as you can barely get a wrench on the pump fitting. That's a problem even without the Y.

The math says it can do 1000hp but you have to account for some flow loss because of fittings, the hose itself, filter, sharp bends, etc. I'll be looking for mid-900s but I'm running E70 and a small alky nozzle.

Rest of the fuel stuff showed up yesterday have a few little things that keep trickling in then hopefully the turbos will be here next week and we can start the real install of everything. The goal I set seems to be out of reach but living in Florida it should be done right in the heart of race season still

Its on aliexpress and ebay straight from China.

Look up Dual Pump Y on ebay and you will see them separate.
My only complaint is the 2 1/8" NPT holes. I don't want to have to plug them if I don't use them. Always ends up being a hassle.

What holes are you referring to? The 2 holes in the Y are for mounting, like with a hanger.
