Trick Performance cast manifold is a night piece, I have seen it in person.

If you wanted to go cheaper, On3 now has a stainless cast truck manifold they just started selling. You could also contact Jon at Huron Speed and see if he could sell you just the passenger side turbo manifold. I have the new Silverado/truck V3 turbo kit sitting in my spare bedroom right now...very nice stuff.

How about keep the setup you have now, change to 2" pipe to the turbo, and heat wrap it all and put the shields on you manifolds? If you have a lot of radiant heat in the engine bay then it is not getting to the turbine and THAT will cause lazy spool...

I’m sure it would work fine. But seems like you are over complicating it. What is the power goal?

You can get some mild steel 2” 14 gauge tubing dirt cheap. Neck down the stock manifolds to 2”. Run 2” to each side of the scroll with a 38mm gate on each. Then wrap the crap out of the hotside (2" diameter piping is tiny so I'm sure you could double or triple wrap) and stock manifolds, Use factory heat shields and fab up some heat shielding for the hot side. Hose it all down with BBQ grill paint before and after wrapping.

2” piping by itself helps a lot in my experience and dividing a bank to each half of the scroll eliminates some of the interfering exhaust pulses which should improve spool over a non-divided setup as well.

The holley is >> a regular log as it doesn't run the driver bank through the passenger bank. It is separate until just before the vband

I just finished putting together my turbo system using the Holley setup and if I was going to do it all over again, I would have went with a KB style setup. The Holley kit puts the turbo much further forward and you will have to fabricate the hot side piping from the manifold to the turbo. Now this also takes into account I subbed out the fab work and had it done all in stainless. A regular log manifold would have been much simpler and cost effective.
