Default Smooth Stage Bump Box - no jerking to the line

I am considering purchasing this but I have not found any "real world" objective third party reviews on it. Has anyone tried/used this or known anyone who has?

Thanks!

According to my pulse leash instructions, the violence of the bump feature is directly determined by the amount of time each bump is allowed.

Less time equals smaller soft bumps but needs more of them, more time equals more violent bumps but less of them.

You probably know that, but it seems like the harshness is user determined, at least on the leash products

What ECU are you running? You can achieve the same thing using a PWM output from a capable ECU.

With my MS3 Gold box "megasquirt" if I set the bump release time to about .04 or less the truck doesn't move at all. I need to be near .05 for it to move and its not smooth, its typical jumping. So with the MS there isnt a way to make it roll smoother, yet. I think Megasquirt is supposed to be working on this for their stuff.

Off topic, but nice pass! Looks like a 10 second pass it's so smooth.

Using some brake pedal while bumping in helps too.

The problem is that most mechanical items won't be capable of anything near what a PWM controller commands it to do. This is why the OP asked for "real world" experience.
