Stock C5 ls1 a&a v3 ti. What pulley size and fuel system?

Stock C5 ls1 a&a v3 ti. What pulley size and fuel system? I've got a stock 2000 c5 (stock exhaust, heads, cam, intake, everything), and I recently picked up an A&A V3 Ti supercharger. A couple questions:
1. What's a safe hp to run it at? Looking at forums maybe 550rwhp?
2. What pulley size would I need? I got a 3.6 with it, but I'm assuming that won't work.
3. Can I get away with running a racetronix single fuel pump with hotwire kit or do I need to add BAP? Or something else. Current fuel setup is return-less stock system.
Trying to keep costs down as much as possible. Thanks
