I have dual Walbro 450's on e85 and they are handling around 1200rwhp.... that is thru a T56 Magnum though. I'm also running Holley EFI and they are pretty much at their limit..... but they are ultra quiet

I haven't seen/heard of the new Aeromotive pumps! Very impressive....

At the power levels spoken of in this thread, I would quit looking specifically for automotive fuel pumps and look at industrial pumping equipment. Find something rated for the desired maximum flow at the needed pressure, then find or build a PWM control unit that varies the pump speed to keep it from overflowing the return line and overheating the fuel at low power usage. Abandoning the quest for an auto-specific part opens up a whole new world of possibilities.

Agree, the Aeromotive 5GPM flows well and doesn't drop off hard at high fuel pressures like other pumps.
