Default 83 mm t4 to 96 mm t6 change.

got a 55 degree day today and took the nova for a spin. with the new 80/96 devided t6 setup. the big turbine spools very nice. I really can not tell the difference. but on the 2step the 96 spools faster. to drive the car it feels about the same any rpm in the 3000 range with a light acceleration in high gear it starts spooling. I did a quick driveway 2step and with about 1 full second on the 2 step it is at 5-6 psi and climbing. =left

not sure if the dual 2 1/4 hotside is the big improvement or the old single 2 1/2 hotside feeding a devided turbine housing was hurting it but from a 83 mm t4 1.25 to a 96 mm t6 1.32 the spool is just about the same if anything it is better. if my little cam likes less backpressure it should be faster. thanks

Interested in the track results. I'm running a vsr 800 83/75 t4 on a 6.0 right now and plan on going to the vsr 88m 96/88 in a couple months.

the 88 will free up some backpressure I have used one and it spools slower for sure. I don't think the compresser side is much better than a on a 78/75 turbo . it has a 88 mm wheel but the housing is small the same as the 78/75 turbos ive seen.
