LSA cooling tank

Fabing a cooling tank for a custom application. Is the cooling system for the supercharger a "pressurized system " ? trying to figure out what neck/cap to install on the aluminum tank. Thanks .

Mines just got a cap. Doesn’t need a radiator cap.

Second question, the top fitting on the supercharger is the "RETURN" fitting correct ? IE coolant flows in bottom and out the top.
