Wide Band O2 install?

I would like to install a wide band on my Gen 4 Camaro. My long-term plan is to add a turbo or supercharger, so I want to get a wide band set-up now. I have the Kooks headers and Y-pipe. I was thinking about installing the wide band in one of the plugged bungs on the Y-pipe. (pic below). Is this a good location? The stock rear O2 wire harness should still be in that area. Could I just plug into the stock O2 harness?

Location will work but is not optimal. It will be getting moved when you do a turbo kit anyway since the long tubes will not work.

As as far as plugging into the stock harness, no it will not work.

Well, I still haven't made a decision on turbo vs SC. The SC would be a lot easier to install, but it costs more.

Yeah, using the stock O2 harness would have been too easy. :bang:
