Default 388ci mildly ported LS3 heads BYR Stage 3 PD and a TVS2650

In a regular cab Silverado would a 388 around 9.5-10.1 Cr with flexibility of 93 with meth E85 or race gas, with mildly worked LS3/L92 WCCH heads, BTR Stage 3 PD or their Stage 3 torque PD cam topped with a TVS2650 backed with a 4L80E and a 2800-3200 stall, 3.42 gears and a 325 or 390 M&H Racemaster sound like a good setup that should run some mid 9s? All the suspension and safety measurements will be there but my goal is a low to mid 9. Am I overbuilding certain parts, underbuilding others or on the right track

I dont know much about autos...but 3000rpm stall means generally under open throttle the engine will rarely be below 3k ? due to how it works ?

Seems an odd choice of blower that will generate most of it's torque below 3k.....to choose a setup that will rarely be below 3k ?
