Incon Guys - What Did You Do To Remove Overflow Tank?
You know, the overflow tank, under the battery on pass. side that blocks the intercooler ? I'm sure I remember someone who actually removed it.
Anybody remember?

Took a couple pics.
I am using a moroso 1 QT overflow and the pics show where it's mounted using 2 hose clamps. Run some 3/8" hose from the overflow to radiator. I added a tube inside the fitting on the overflow so it works as a recirculating can.

I have an Incon with the stock radiator overflow cut off the battery tray. I mounted a canton over flow (rectangle shape) directly next to the battery. I used to have pictures, but I could take some more. It fits nice and you can fill it up easy.

You don't have to remove it for the intercooler too fit, it just blocks half the intercooler. Were did you end up putting the horns, I could not put them above the head lamps as called out in the instructions.

Dug I had one just like that mounted under need the hood support next to the battery. If you dont want add a tube to the catch can so it will circulate, you should just plumb the line from the radiator to the bottom of the catch can.

See the tiny vent hole on the top of the can in the pics? When I lifted the heads it blew out coolant all over the hood and soaked the motor from that tiny little hole.
So make sure you mount it somewhere if things did go wrong, that the coolant will not spray on the tires.

Another good trick is to cut out the fenderwell behind the intercooler. Really helps air flow through the intercoolers.
