Default Trans am owners, this is a new front bumper cover for FMIC's

Well, there is a guy here in texas, I think its dallas but Im not totally sure on location. I think this looks pretty cool, its a nice retro kind of mean look.

but the best thing is the fact that you can get alot of flow to that intercooler

here a link to some pics

let me know what you think
thanks

only thing i really dont like is how the foglight area is....i would just leave it as stock IMO...there must be a assload of air going to the intercooler....oh well everyman to his own....i wouldnt consider it

Interesting but if you're going through the trouble, I'd would have worked the fog lamps elsewhere... very nice though! Glad to see some people are thinking about this!

Yuck...

A 99 up camaro front cone with the 99 up headlights.. Then cut out the center part where the front plate frame mounts leaving one big mouth for the FMIC. Paint to match and put a pontiac symbol on it....

Just use a longer crossflow FMIC that is'nt that tall... Then the whole IC core will get alot of flow.

No way! I know it has a purpose and not for looks but that is just too ugly.

Default Nope

Thats a tacky *** cover but has much potential....prolly serves its purpose but the foglights could be mounted somewhere for sure, instead of exposed so much....reminds me of a ricer w/ autozone lights drilled into the ground effects

I dont like the fog light thing other, but most people would be taking the front bumper support out anyway and they wouldnt be there anyway

what do they go for?? Heritage front bumper is coming soon and is similar for I think about $600 but that is fiberglass. Whats this one made of?? I would just ditch the fog lights for that kind of air, My I/C is mounted to the Rad but would still benefit from this type of setup, that silly little air dam doesnt pull much up and with stock fans I need something better :-(

Yep.... I still say get a VNF camaro wrap around fenders and nose combo... They can make a non stretch version. Then start cutting like I did in that attatchment.... Cut the fakeout glass headlights out to clear real ones.. Get some yard headlamps.. new are crazy $.

why was that low? I must have missed something. Somone recently came out with a body kit for the T/A that has a front end that looks like a catfish, it looks really bad. The front end on this one reminds me of the TransAm that was on the cover of GM high tech or similar mag that they guy re-did the front, I thought It looked pretty good. I agree with the other guys, this one would look better if the fog lights were moved and it had normal headlights.

This is similar to the T/A front end I'm talking about

Hack the center section out like the attatchement an put the round fogs out at the corners and add the pontiac triangle and it will look TA enough.. Most people will be too confused by a FMIC that looks like you stole from a single digit supra.

If you must get the VNF TA front but the Camy has a one fat wide already existing area to cut... Just follow an existing line.
